We believe every individual should have the opportunity to participate in BARS, regardless of their financial background. In our aim to be flexible (while still collecting enough revenue to run our leagues effectively), we offer flexible Payment Plans and a limited amount of Financial Assistance.
Payment Plans
We are able to offer Payment Plans, whereby you can opt to repay the registration fees over either 2 payments (halfway through the season, and at the end of the season), or 3 payments (beginning of each of the next 3 months).
Any requests for more than 1 payment plan per season will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We will reach out to collect payment for payment plans according to the predetermined schedule. That being said, will be as flexible as possible, as long as you communicate proactively - if you think you'll have trouble repaying, let us know in advance. Failure to repay payment plans without advanced notice may result in restriction from future registrations.
Financial Assistance
We also offer financial assistance for a limited number of players across all sports leagues each season (based on need, merit, and promptness of submission). To apply, please complete the form below at least one week before the registration deadline for the league you wish to join.
The availability of financial assistance is unfortunately limited at this time. If you are not granted assistance immediately, your application will be placed on a waitlist. If space becomes available, you will be notified and have 48 hours to respond to secure your spot.
Please submit your application as early as possible to give yourself the best chance of receiving financial assistance.
