Refund Policy

Regular Seasons

The timing of your withdrawal determines your refund amount. The day before a week begins ends at 11:59 PM. (For example, if Day 1 is March 25, the "more than 2 weeks" deadline is March 10 at 11:59 PM).

More than 2 weeks before Day 1 95% 0% penalty + 5% processing fee
Within 2 weeks before Day 1 90% 5% penalty + 5% processing fee
During Week 1 80% 15% penalty + 5% processing fee
During Week 2 70% 25% penalty + 5% processing fee
During Week 3 60% 35% penalty + 5% processing fee
During Week 4* 50% 45% penalty + 5% processing fee
Week 5 and beyond No Refund 100% penalty
*Please note: If your sport's season is 7 weeks or shorter, we are unable to offer refunds during Week 4.

Refunds for One-Off Events

(Single-Day Tournaments & Special Events*)

  • Prior to Event Day: 90% refund (5% penalty + 5% processing fee). Valid through 11:59 PM the day before the event starts.
  • Day of Event: No refunds starting at 12:00 AM on the day of the event.

    *Special events include non-sport related events, like Trivia or social events, unless otherwise noted on the product page. This does not include the Big Apple Sports Classic

Discounts for Late Registrations

Regular Seasons Only

If you sign up after a season has already begun, we automatically discount your registration so you only pay for the weeks you actually get to play:

  • Missed Week 1: 15% discount
  • Missed Week 2: 25% discount
  • Missed Week 3: 35% discount
  • Missed Week 4: 45% discount
