Refund policy

We know plans change! We want to be as flexible as possible while being fair to everyone in our community (including the work required by our team of volunteers who organize and operate our leagues to accommodate requests). Therefore, we offer partial refunds depending on how far into a season we are.

If you need to withdraw and would like a partial refund, please fill out the request form located here:

We may not be able to respond right away (as we are a team of volunteers with busy schedules!), but we will see the timestamp of when your request was submitted and process it accordingly.

Refunds for Sports – Regular Seasons

Well before season starts

  • Timing: At any point more than 2 weeks before that season starts (if your sport's Day 1 is on March 25, this means through 11:59 PM on March 10).
  • Refund provided: 95% refund (0% withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)

Immediately before season starts

  • Timing: From 12:01 AM on the day 2 weeks before the start of that season, through 11:59 PM the day before Week 1 of that sport (if your sport's Day 1 is on March 25, this means through 11:59 PM on March 24).
  • Refund provided: 90% refund (5% withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)

Week 1

  • Timing: From 12:00 AM on the first day of play of Week 1, through 11:59 PM the day before Week 2 starts.
  • Refund provided: 80% refund (15% late withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)

Week 2

  • Timing: From 12:00 AM on the first day of play of Week 2, through 11:59 PM the day before Week 3 starts.
  • Refund provided: 70% refund (25% late withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)

Week 3

  • Timing: From 12:00 AM on the first day of play of Week 3, through 11:59 PM the day before Week 4 starts.
  • Refund provided: 60% refund (35% late withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)

Week 4

  • Timing: From 12:00 AM on the first day of play of Week 4, through 11:59 PM the day before Week 5 starts.
  • Refund provided: 50% refund (45% late withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)
  • Please note: If the season of your sport has 7 weeks or fewer, we are unable to offer refunds during Week 4.

Week 5 and on

  • No refunds after Week 5 has started.

 

Refunds for One-Off Events (Single-Day Tournaments, Special Events)

  • Through 11:59 PM the day before the event starts
    • 90% refund (5% withdrawal penalty plus 5% payment processing fees)
  • No refunds from 12:00 AM the day of the event.

 

Discounts for Late Registrations – Regular Seasons Only

If you sign up after a season has already begun, we offer discounts on your registration so you're only paying for what you actually get to participate in:

  • After Week 1 of your sport has played: 15% discount
  • After Week 2 of your sport has played: 25% discount
  • After Week 3 of your sport has played: 35% discount
  • After Week 4 of your sport has played: 45% discount
