BARS WINTER PREVIEW: Sport & League Offerings
For the first time, BARS has winter leagues for all our 4 sports! That’s the best Christmas present ever! And registration starts this weekend!
In the next couple of weeks, we’ll send out some more sport-specific information (as we finalize the permits and various venue agreements). We wanted to tease our offerings now, however, so you can see the general outline of what our upcoming winter season will look like!
In an effort to make our leagues more accessible and equitable for our players, we have multiple options for financial assistance: payment plans (for those wanting to pay over time) and discounted registration (for reduced league costs) are both available. Both options are outlined during the check-out process via Shopify registration. You can email executive-board@bigapplerecsports.com for more information.
And as a reminder, our Open Leagues are available to players of all genders. Our WTNB+ Leagues were created for our Women, Trans, Non-Binary (WTNB+) community.

We’re excited about our first winter season of pickleball! Due to space and permitting over the next few months, several of our offerings are shorter and/or smaller than other seasons have been. For a few of the winter leagues, we are suspending pre-registration for vets. In addition, each player can only register for 1 league this winter, to spread the love around.
