BARS Spring 2026: Sport & League Offerings

There may be a gajillion inches of snow on the ground (metric conversion: 50.8 cm), and Staten Island Chuck may be laughing at us in his cozy lil’ den, but we just can’t stop having visions of spring.

But first, we would like to remind you of our financial assistance program. In an effort to make our leagues more accessible and equitable, we have payment plans and discounted registration available. Both options are outlined during check-out via our Shopify registration. As NYC’s largest LGBTQIA+ adult recreational leagues, our Open Division welcomes all identities and genders. The division has traditionally been majority gay male identifying, and continues to be an inclusive space for anyone who wants to play. Our WTNB+ Division leagues were intentionally created to center and prioritize our Women, Trans, and Nonbinary community members. If you’re unsure which division feels right for you, we’re happy to talk through it. We encourage players to choose the division where they feel most comfortable and affirmed.
